SENDoc project was present at the NI Science Festival 2019 (NISF19)

SENDoc project was exhibited at the NI Science Festival (NISF19) from 22nd to 23rd February 2019 at Foyle Arena. SENDoc team at Ulster University joined the demonstrations at the School of Computing and Engineering and the Built Environment and the School of Computing and Intelligent Systems. About 200 people attended the event. SENDoc stand had about 80 visitors in two days: families and school children at primary level. Visitors were interested on trialing the IMU sensors that we are employing in the project for measuring range of movement and rehabilitation of spondylitis patients. Visitors had the opportunity of controlling an airplane game using their low back. Marketing material – pamphlets, notebooks and pens - was given away on this event.
